Return & Refund Policy
This policy explains the conditions under which returns and refunds are applicable for purchases made through Ruko Kharido vending machines.
1. Eligibility for Return:
- Returns are not accepted for dispensed products or items.
- Complaints can be submitted via email at support@rukokharido.com and if refund is accepted than the amount will be credited to the original payment method in 3 days.
2. How to Report an Issue:
- User must provide a valid transaction ID and the machine location.
3. Refund Process:
- Upon verification, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- If a product fails to dispense after successful payment, the issue must be reported within 24 hours. In such cases refund if any will be credited to the original payment method in 3 days.
4. Limitations and Liability:
- The Company is only liable in cases of verifiable technical failure.
- No refunds will be issued for user errors such as incorrect product selection.
