Company Identity: “Ruko Kharido” is a brand operated by Addy's Abode, a registered Indian Firm. The brand name is under trademark application with the relevant Indian authority.
1. Terms for Vending Machine Users
- All vending machines accept only cashless payments (UPI, cards, wallets).
- Product availability is subject to real-time inventory.
- In the event of a failed transaction, users must contact customer support within 24 hours.
- Refunds or redelivery is provided only upon verification of the issue.
- Users must not tamper with or misuse the machines; any such behavior may be reported to authorities.
- The Company is not liable for adverse reactions caused by product consumption; users are responsible for reviewing labels and ingredients.
2. Terms for Space Providers
- Hosts must ensure continuous power supply and unrestricted access to the machine.
- All vending machines remain the exclusive property of Addy's Abode.
- Revenue-sharing models (if any) are documented via separate agreements or MoUs.
- Either party may terminate with 30 days' prior written notice.
3. General Terms
- These terms are governed by the laws of India.
- All legal disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mandi, Himachal Pradesh.
- The Company is not liable for delays or interruptions caused by force majeure events beyond reasonable control.
4. Shipping Policy
- All purchases made through our vending machines are fulfilled instantly at the point of sale. Therefore, no traditional shipping or delivery process is involved.
- If a product fails to dispense after payment, please contact our customer support at support@rukokharido.com within 24 hours. We will resolve the issue promptly.
